So, I just read about this dating trend called "clear coding," and it’s honestly a breath of fresh air.
Basically, instead of playing those annoying "wait three hours to text back" games or being vague about what you want, people are just being radically honest from the jump.
It’s all about putting your actual intentions out there...
- whether you want a serious relationship
- or just something casual
You put that right in your bio or bring it up on the first date!
The idea is to stop the "assumptions epidemic" where everyone is just guessing what the other person is thinking.
The best part is that it’s designed to save you from those hour-long "de-coding" sessions with your friends where you're trying to figure out if a dry text means they’re busy or just not into you.
By being "loud" about your needs and deal-breakers, you might scare off a few people, but the goal is to weed out the ones who aren't a match anyway.
It sounds way less stressful than the usual "let's see where this goes" era!
