Netflix has a new reality dating show coming called “Age of Attraction,” and honestly the whole concept is kind of wild.
The twist is that all these singles are dating and forming connections without knowing each other’s real ages.
So, it’s basically testing that big dating question: does age actually matter if you really click with someone?
For perspective, shows like Love Island, Love Is Blind or The Bachelor require contestants to be at least 21, but most people cast are still usually in their mid-20s to early-30s, whereas The Golden Bachelor is as we know for singles in their 60s and up.
So, Age of Attraction is going to be for all age groups and will be hosted by Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, who have an 18-year age gap themselves, so they’re leaning into that theme hard.
It’s an eight-episode social experiment, and it premieres on March 11th... then more episodes roll out the following weeks.
I cannot wait for this one!
