So, tickets for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics are not on sale yet, but the process to try to get them begins TODAY!!!!
It’s basically a ticket draw registration and you can sign up at LA28.org.
You just sign up with your name, email, and ZIP code to enter a lottery-style drawing.
If you’re selected, they’ll email you a time slot to buy tickets later in 2026, and then you can grab the ones you want during that window.
What’s really cool is that LA28 is making the Olympics way more affordable than something like the FIFA World Cup which are well into the thousands...
They’re planning at least 1 million tickets starting at about $28, and around a third of all tickets will be under $100, so it’s totally possible to go without spending huge amounts.
Once you’re signed up, you’ll just watch your email for your time slot, then log into the ticket site at that time and pick the events you want!

And no matter where you live, there is probably something close to you. For example, JUST ON DAY 1…July 12, 2028: Basketball in Inglewood, Cricket in Pomona, Water Polo in Long Beach, Rugby in Carson, and soccer in Pasadena.
