It's hard to believe it's been two weeks since Sisanie and her husband Michael welcomed their twin babies Aiza Delmar and Maxon Jae, but the family of four has been home for over a full week now and even got to celebrate mother's day at home with all of Sisanie's family!
And as your official stalker of Sisanie, I've been watching her Instagram stories like it's my day job and honestly, I'm so in love with Aiza and Maxon that I just NEEDED to share all the latest photos and videos with everyone else.
This week the twins had a lot of visitors and a LOT of quality time with mom and dad.

Aiza got some cuddles from Sisanie's mom on Mother's Day. And earlier this week Sisanie's brother called into the show to fill us in on what everyone dad for the holiday! In true Sisanie form, she and Michael hosted everyone for Mother's Day and had all the cousins together with the twins at home for the first time.
It looks like Sisanie also spent some time pumping on the big day of course.
And the twins got the SWEETEST gift from Ryan's TV wife Kelly Ripa.
And it looks like Aiza and Maxon went out on their first big walk in the stroller thanks to the weather being pretty nice here in SoCal!
And can we just talk about how Michael seems like SUCH a natural. Here he is just rocking BOTH of the babies to sleep together!
Maxon makes the funniest, sweetest faces when he is sleeping, and I'm wondering where I could get adult versions of Aiza's bows? If anyone had an in... let me know.
And of course, Sisanie is handling it allll like a champ. The babies need to be changed? Ok! It's time to nurse? No biggie. Not getting any sleep? She's got this.
It's amazing to see her as a mom, but we are all definitely looking forward to having her back on air after maternity leave!
