For me, staying active helps keep my mind in a good space and I’ve definitely been lagging in that area for a bit now.
I did this 7 minute ab workout I found on a trainers IGTV that was KILLER & I wanted to pass it along to you guys.
His Instagram is Matt Tralli (find him here @MattTralli) and it was such a good ab workout I can’t even laugh without feeling it!!!
