Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 50th birthday this year and she's been opening up about something she did on her big day. She told The New York Times that she and her closest friends have been doing this "goddess circle" tradition for over 3 decades.
They do this tradition during each other's major life events, which have included both of Jenn's weddings when she married Brad Pitt and Justin Therouz.
So, you may be wondering what is a "goddess circle?" Well let me tell you, I'm kinda pissed I haven't done this yet. Basically the women sit cross-legged on the floor, pass around a charm-and-feather decorated stick and set their intentions.
Next major life event of mine or my friends I am TOTALLY stealing Jenn's ritual and doing this. It's just so good!
