Bebe Rexha Opens Up About Her Mental Health & More In Health Magazine

Our girl Bebe Rexha is on the cover of Health's June issue, looking STUNNING! So, what I LOVE about Bebe is her honesty. She just tells it like it is and opens up about what she's dealing with. This year she's shared that she has bipolar disorder and shared the story how no designers would dress her during award season because of her size.

Her opening up has impacted so many other individuals which is what is so great about it. This time around she is sharing even more about her mental health. You know her single, "I'm Gonna Show You Crazy" - well the song almost didn't get released due to a lyric about suicide. But, she went and dropped the song on her own and it took off!

She wanted to share that song because, "I've gone through so much stuff with my mental health. That's something that's a really big part of who I am." Bebe also shared that she deals with her anxiety by working out! She does yoga, pilates, cycling and boxing, but running is her favorite. I'm right there with her on that one...hello, Tanya time!

In regards to her workouts Bebe said, "I can get out my aggression or anything I'm feeling I just want to get rid of." Again, right there with you Bebe. ♥️
