Beyoncé's Documentary "Homecoming" Is Officially Out & I Have Highlights

Homecoming is out BEY BEY (see what I did there) and Beyoncé is peeling back the curtain on Beychella exactly 1 year after her historic performance. It came out whilst I was sleeping last night so you know it was the FIRST thing I watched when I got home for work, maybe twice. I ain't sorry!

I wanted to share some highlights...

Apparently Beyoncé was 218 pounds when she gave birth to her twins and was on a strict diet after having them to lose her pregnancy weight. She shared, "In order for me to meet my goals, I'm limiting myself to no bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol...I'm hungry."

There's a very special moment in the docu where her daughter Blue Ivy sings a song called, "Lift every voice and sing." At the end Blue says, "I want to do it again...it feels good." I kinda feel like Blue might follow in her parent's footsteps and become a performer!

And in addition to the docu our QUEEN gave us a 40 track album, Homecoming: The Live Album.

We KNEW Bey would deliver. Okay, going to watch the docu again and listen to this album all day tomorrow!
