Meet our hometown hustler this week— Qiana Mafnas of Axiom Kitchen Smoked Meats & BBQ in Long Beach!
After working in the restaurant industry and human services for years, husband-and-wife duo Qiana and Ian Mafnas teamed up to launch their very own business in May of 2022— Axiom Kitchen Smoked Meats & BBQ in Long Beach.
Qiana’s experience in the restaurant industry and Ian’s growing curiosity in mastering smoked meats allowed them to make this restaurant pop-up their full-time hustle.
They offer a variety of tasty meats including smoked beef ribs, thickly sliced brisket, and strips of tri-tip —slow-cooked over charcoal, pecan, oak and applewood.
