You might remember late last year,Netflix announced plans for a scripted series about the life of Selena Quintanilla— well now we have a list of cast members and a the first look at the highly anticipated series!
Selena: The Series will shed light on the beloved singer's rise to fame and the changes that took place within her family.
Walking Dead star, Christian Serratos will lead the Latino cast as Selena Quintanilla. The teaser clip shows her looking over the script and transforming into the Tejano superstar.
Netflix further revealed that the series will include a total of six one-hour episodes to tell her story. I grew up idolizing Selena so you already know I will be watching this entire series!
Selena: The Series will air on Netflix in 2020.
