Attention parents and guardians! LAUSD has announced a major requirement for getting back to in-person classes.
According to Los Angeles Times, LAUSD public school students and their parents will face one new admissions requirement: a negative coronavirus test.
All Los Angeles County schools and districts are currently closed to the general student population until at least November of this year. The school district announced that when the time comes to reopen, a negative COVID-19 test will be a crucial part of returning.
Families who do not agree can stick with online-only instruction.
