Bed Bath & Beyond may have closed its brick-and-mortar stores, but it will live on online.
The brand has been acquired by Overstock.com, which will change its name to Bed Bath & Beyond and redirect its website to bedbandandbeyond.com.
Overstock.com reportedly paid $21.5 million for the company's intellectual property rights and will launch the new name in August.
Bed Bath & Beyond declared bankruptcy earlier this year. The last remaining stores are scheduled to close this weekend.
