Your Sleeping Position Could be Causing Wrinkles

Did you know that they position you sleep in at night could be causing wrinkles? Depending on which way you sleep can cause you to look more or less tired, according to Huff Post.

Beauty experts say that the worst position you can sleep in is on the side of your face or on your stomach. Apparently, sleeping this way can lead to pressure on the skin causing it to crease. Spending many hours sleeping in a position where your skin is stretched and creased from your sleeping position can lead to wrinkle formation over time," says dermatologist  Michael Jacobs.
