Who doesn't love a good brunch right? Especially when there's mimosas involved!
Apparently Champagne ice cubes are a thing and I had no idea until now!
They're super easy to make to all you need is an ice cube tray and a bottle of Champagne or Prosecco. Pour the Champagne evenly into the ice cube tray and let them freeze over night.
Then and your favorite OJ or grapefruit and you're all set! It's really that simple and I'm honestly a little bummed I didn't think of this before.
