Forbes has released their list of highest female earners in music, coming in at number 10 is Britney Spears with $30 million, Rihanna hits the list at number 7 making $37.5 million.
Number 6 is Jennifer Lopez who earned $47 million, Lady Gaga comes in at number 5 with $50 million. Pink is number 4 bagging $52 million, then a big jump for Beyonce who brought in $60 million, only a few dates of Beyonce’s and Jay Z’s On The Run Tour II were reported for this list, the majority of the tour will be included in Forbes 2019 list.
Battling it out for number one are Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, Swift brought in $80 million but couldn’t outdo Katy Perry who is the highest earning woman in music with $83 million.
Perry said this about her music career, “I don’t feel like my career is a ticking time bomb. I don’t feel like I’ll always have to be feeding the meter of show business. I got my spot, yo.”
