A California Hospital is celebrating a significant milestone of having zero COVID-19 patients for the first time since the pandemic began two years ago.

Desert Valley Hospital made the announcement Thursday that they had zero COVID-19 patients at their medical center.

"We have not seen this number since June 12, 2020," hospital officials wrote in a Facebook post. "Everyone of our staff members contributed to this monumental moment. Thank you for your selflessness and dedication to our patients and our community over the past 2 years!"

Desert Valley Hospital is located in Victorville, California. The hospital bills itself as an "innovative 148 bed acute care hospital."
