Help Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza Collect LEGOS For Kids With Cancer

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout the month of September, my friends at Sgt. Pepperoni’s Pizza Store in Newport, Irvine & Aliso Viejo are proud to show love for Children’s Hospital of Orange County with Julian’s LEGO Corner and would LOVE your support. Monetary donations and LEGO donations are encouraged all month long...so that together we can do something really nice for a lot of sick kids.

Julian's LEGO® Corner

Julian’s LEGO® Corner is a project led by the Child Life Department at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Inspired by Julian Dunn, a CHOC patient who loved LEGO®!! the project provides new LEGO® kits for hospital patients, especially to those receiving care in the oncology unit and for children with other serious conditions.

To support this project, you can do any of the following:

• Support Julian’s LEGO® Corner through a tax-deductible gift to CHOC.

• Drop off new LEGO® kits at Sgt. Pepperoni Pizza Store in Newport Beach, Irvine & Aliso Viejo or Monkey Business Café in Fullerton, California.

**Also, proceeds from their 'Pie of the Month' AND desserts go to Julian's Lego Corner all month long.

Julian’s LEGO® Corner helps bring a creative outlet to other children and teens coping with serious and complex medical journeys.

Sgt. Pepperoni’s Pizza Store has been spreading love through pizza since 1976. They're honored to be named Best Pizza in Orange County by the Golden Foodie Awards, Orange County Register, and OC Weekly, Sgt. Pepperoni’s 98 percent scratch kitchen makes fresh dough, pizza sauce, desserts, and hand-grates cheese daily, using only the highest quality ingredients. Their recipes originate from Long Island, New York, and have been refined and improved for years, resulting in the menu items we serve today. Founded around family, friendship, and community, Sgt. Pepperoni’s is owned and operated by childhood friends and their families.

With locations in Newport, Irvine and Aliso Viejo...dine in, delivery, pick up, catering & more!

Aired September 11, 2022: Lisa Foxx interviewed Sgt Pepperoni owners Stan Frazier and Jeff Roberts. They discussed how personal this story was to them and how helping Julian's family and the kids at CHOC is something they truly look forward to EVERY YEAR. The outpouring of love and Lego's from the community gets bigger and bigger every year. They encourage folks to stop by and give whatever they can to help out!
