Guess what is coming back to Taco Bell?? Their infamous Mexican Pizza! And this time it is supposed to be for good.🤔
“It’s going to be relaunched mid-September and it’s going to be a permanent item,” CEO Mark King told Fortune in July.
The favorite menu item will officially be available to order starting Thursday, September 15th but those who have the Taco Bell Rewards app will be able to start ordering it today! The Mexican Pizza was first taken off the Taco Bell menu back in 2020 to cut back on time-consuming items to help employees during the pandemic. The fast food chain ended up bringing it back in April 2022 but it only last about a month before it sold out; according to TB, the relaunch of the popular item was supposed to last 6 months.
Taco Bell is also celebrating the return of the fan favorite item by debuting the "Mexican Pizza: The Musical" on September 15th. You can catch the live musical on Taco Bell's TikTok at 8pm ET and it'll star none other than Doja Cat and Dolly Parton😱. Click here for more.
