Margot Robbie is soaking up the sun on vacation with her husband, Tom Ackerley, as they prepare to welcome their first child together.
Robbie was seen out and about with her husband as they enjoyed lunch with friends in Sardinia, Italy, on Monday (August 26), according to photos shared by E! News. The pregnant Barbie star kept her style casual but chic, baring her growing baby bump in a white button-down shirt left mostly open over her belly paired with loose black pants, black woven hat and sunglasses.
Though Robbie hasn't spoken about being a mom-to-be, multiple sources confirmed to People last month that she and Ackerley are expecting their first child after she was seen with her baby bump on display while boarding a boat with her husband on Lake Como in Italy on July 7, per photos shared by the Daily Mail.
Robbie and Ackerley married in a private ceremony in Australia in December 2016, years after first meeting on the set of the war drama film Suite Française in 2013, with the Australian actress landing a role in front of the camera and her now-husband an assistant director. Speaking to Vogue a few months before their wedding, she reflected on how she was "the ultimate single gal" and wasn't anticipating their relationship.
"And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him," she said, adding, "But I thought, 'Oh, he would never love me back. Don't make it weird, Margot. Don't be stupid and tell him that you like him.' And then it happened, and I was like, 'Of course we're together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.'"
