Kate Beckinsale is all for using humor as a coping mechanism to dispel the blues.
The British actress recently posted a video to Instagram where she is seen mooning popular London department store Harvey Nichols to cope with the death of her beloved cat, Clive.
"The day after Clive died and I received some of the most horrific news I’ve ever received that next morning - sometimes there’s nothing for it but for your friend to show up as hard as possible and spend the evening making prank calls and mooning Harvey Nichols because sometimes when the bottom falls out of your world the only response after crying till you’re sick is your own bottom."
Beckinsale shared a carousel of clips outlining her reaction to the death of her fur baby that included her "bare bum" (per news.com.au) and the support of her close friend Nina Kate.
In the first video, the "Serendipity" star is seen flashing her behind out of an apartment window towards Harvey Nichols without a care in the world as to who is looking up from the street. The second is a video of Kate filming the action on the street after Beckinsale drops her pants, offering a cheeky (pun intended), "Hi" to the department store.
Followers sounded off in the comment section matching the actress' humor in grieving Clive's passing joking, "stay funny, stay real," and "It was a full moon over Knightsbridge that evening!"
