This is a great time of year to get out of your dating rut. If it’s always drinks or always dinner and a movie, there are some really cute events happening locally that are perfect for date nights…whether it’s a first date or you’re in a relationship.
Haunted houses are usually not it for most people, especially when you're on a date or just starting to date someone… so these are more light and fun.
NIGHTS OF THE JACK IN CALABASAS - It’s a mile-long walk through all these over-the-top light displays…they also have food trucks and a “spook-easy” bar. They say it’s “spooky…but never scary”…which is good because you scared is a bad look on a date.
HAUNT O’ WEEN in WOODLAND HILLS - It’s also a walk-through experience but they have more stuff to do, like rides and a fake neighborhood you can trick or treat in.
Those two are both family friendly, but this one is for grown-ups…
HAUNTED SOIREE: A MACABRE COCKTAIL PARTY in GLENDALE - you go around to different bars throughout the place to try themed cocktails. They have magic, and live music… and you’re encouraged to dress in costume for this one.
It’s in an old theatre that they say is actually haunted… so keep that in mind.
