Fans Think Taylor Swift Will Have A Surprise Song On The Barbie Soundtrack

Carson Daly has Swifties wondering what’s up. The Today anchor briefly fueled a fan theory that one of Taylor Swift‘s songs will be featured on the upcoming Barbie soundtrack. While he was discussing the soundtrack during the show’s PopStart segment, he started naming artists featured, including Dua Lipa and Ice Spice. He then said,

“Taylor Swift‘s on it — the soundtrack’s gonna be big.” 

A clip of the moment went viral on TikTok, making fans wonder if he accidentally leaked some big news. He addressed his comments one day later.

“Let me clear this up: I do not know for a fact if Taylor Swift has one of the new tracks on the Barbie soundtrack It is not insider information that I have. I was merely reporting the idea that out there, Swift fans (think so),” he continued.
