According to Today, Chick-fil-A is trying to expand its menu and add a vegan option of a new cauliflower sandwich to its menu. On Feb. 13th, Chick-fil-A will test this new sandwich in three different cities to see how well the sandwich is received by the public. The cauliflower sandwich will be battered in the same ingredients as its famous chicken sandwich and will be offered for a limited time only in Denver, Charleston, and Greensboro. The sandwich will not be considered vegan or vegetarian, and will include egg and milk products during the preparation process. Made with a "tender filet" cut from a whole cauliflower, the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich embraces the hearty brassica as the star of the show. The company claims that it has been testing this sandwich for a few years and is ready to try it out to see how the people like it.
