According to Fox 11 LA, you can now apply for your Californina REAL ID at LAX! The California DMV has teamed up with United Airlines to setup the REAL ID popup application center in Terminal 8! The popup will be there select days during this month: July 19, 21, 26, and 28 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. extra dates could be added if demand is high according to officials. You will have to be a ticketed passenger or employee of LAX to utilize this popup. Also, you will still need to begin your application online and upload your documents before heading to the LAX popup. You will need a REAL ID or other federally-issued documents to board domestic flights starting in May 2023!
