Apple Reveals New iOS 16 Features With Huge Changes To iMessage

Apple revealed their new mobile software, iOS 16, at their annual Worldwide Developers Conference today, June 6. Some of the new features will include allowing customers to personalize their lock screen and will change how people use iMessage.

One of the new features Apple will be adding to iMessage is the ability to edit or unsend message, which are some things that users have been requesting. Users will also be able to customize their lock screen better and improve how they receive notifications. People will also be able to track "live" activities such as updates on Uber ride's and sports games.

There is also a new Mac software called OS Ventura, which will have multi-tasking features such as sharing Safari tabs with friends and family, hand off FaceTime calls to other devices, and using the iPhone as a webcam with the Continuity Camera. The new Apple updates are most likely going to be rolling out later this year.

Apple also introduced a thinner, lighter and faster MacBook Air that'll start at $1,099 and a MacBook Pro that will start at $1,299. Click here for more.
