Kim Kardashian showed up to the Met Gala last night in Marilyn Monroe's iconic 'Happy Birthday, Mr. President' dress! The dress was last worn by Marilyn in 1962 making the dress 60 years old! Kim Kardashian however was originally denied permission to wear the dress according to TMZ! Kim was denied because the Ripley reps did not like the way the dress fit her, and they didn't want any alterations to the dress. Kim however was determined to wear the dress and lost 16 pounds to be able got fit into it!
