According to their research, the most affordable suburb in Los Angeles is Lancaster! Their key statistics show that the median household income is $50,193 and the median home value is $159,200. Here's what the Movoto said about the suburb:
"One of the main cities in the Antelope Valley region, Lancaster is about 60 miles from downtown Los Angeles—the perfect amount of separation from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but not so far that it’s impractical to visit.
