Quarantine banana bread? Check! What have you been cooking this quarantine? Sisanie and Tanya Rad shared two super easy recipes they’ve made recently in the latest episode of Off-Air With Sisanie in the video above.
Ryan Seacrest's cohost Sis whipped up healthy baked veggies for her family to pair with leftover chicken while Tanya Rad used her almond pulp from making homemade almond milk to make crackers! (ICYMI, try Shayna's almond milk recipe here.)

Sisanie’s Baked Veggies:
Ingredients:
Zucchini
Onions
Potatoes
Carrots
Bell peppers
Seasoning to taste
Olive oil
Instructions:
Clean and cut your vegetables
Place on baking sheet and drizzle in olive oil and seasoning to taste
Bake at 450 for 20-40 minutes, shuffling halfway through
When done, place on top rack to broil for a couple minutes before serving
If preferred, cook the zucchini and onions separately on the stove top with olive oil and seasoning to taste at medium heat covered.
Tanya’s Almond Pulp Crackers:
Ingredients:
Leftover almond pulp from Shayna’s homemade almond milk
Nutritional yeast
Salt
Flax seeds
One egg (as binding agent)
Water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix ingredients (1 cup almond flour to 3 Tablespoons water, 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, one egg and nutritional yeast to taste)
Place on parchment paper and spread out evenly; cut into “squares”
Bake for 30 minutes
