I’m not going to lie, yesterday was a hard day. Here we were, on our way to celebrate music’s biggest night – in a party bus dancing and getting pumped! — and then we hear the news that Kobe Bryant passed away and the entire vibe in the car changed.
Shock.
Disbelief.
Sadness.
Hurt.
Pain.
While my colleagues, presenters, performers and nominees attempted to still celebrate music’s biggest night, it was impossible to not feel the sadness weighing over Los Angeles and the rest of the world.
Sending my thoughts & prayers to every single person on that helicopter and their families… a terrible, horrible tragedy.
A reminder that we are so fragile & we are not promised tomorrow.
