In the city of San Clemente, Orange County Sheriff's Department are pulling over residents but not to give them tickets, but to hand them $100 bills . This is their third year doing it and all this is thanks to an anonymous doner who gave over $18,000 to the police department, there was only one requirement only and that was to have the cash distributed to people that are in need.
This is just so amazing can you imagine just getting pulled over and thinking what did I do, and to your surprise get handed some money god bless this person , it would be nice if they can do that in more cities!!
