Justin Bieber was spotted near Santa Monica earlier today when he reveled why he cancelled the remainder of his Purpose tour. Looks like the Biebs just needs some good ol' R&R!
As for his fans, the 23-year-old said, “I love you guys. I think you guys are awesome. Sorry for anybody who feels disappointed or betrayed, it’s not my heart or anything. Have a blessed day.”
He's been on tour for two years I think the man deserves a break!
