If you're an avid Forever 21 shopper then you've probably noticed they started to expand their beauty section! They even sell brands like NYX and Sun Bum within the section. Apparently the company may be opening standalone beauty boutiques.
The beauty boutiques would be called Riley Rose and though it's in its early stages of development they plan on having 10 locations open by the holidays. If those are successful then there may be 10 more stores by Spring 2018.
So cool! I would check it out for sure, love makeup shopping!
