Beyonce is helping young women succeed and feel confident once again!
She announced that she will be giving away four "Formation Scholars" Awards for the 2017 to 2018 school year. These awards will be for women who are interested in studying creative arts, music, literature, or African American Studies. She said that she wants to encourage and support women to think outside of the box, and to be confident in themselves.
The schools participating include Berklee College of Music, Howard University, Parsons School of Design, and Spelman College.
