I am actually laughing out loud at this girl's trolling of Southwest Airlines after a flight she had recently.
She sent them a DM to report a flight attendant who treated her poorly... and the rest went like this:
THEIR RESPONSE.
"Oops, she did it again."
I mean, if I were getting trolled by someone over Twitter, I would come up with a witty response, too! Purely for entertainment.
