Ever wonder just how much money you've spent on make up? It gets expensive! Picking up a few items at the store can get you in to the hundreds easily. 3,000 women participated in a survery with Skin Store and it was found that women in the US spend an average of $300,000 on make up in her lifetime!! $300k!!! Can you believe that? I knew it was expensive but holy cow that's a HUGE number.
The study also says New York ladies spend the most money on make-up at $11 a day. California ladies, according to this study, only take 3 mins to apply make up. Not sure I agree with that, It takes me a good 10-15 mins.
Are you surprised at how much money we all spend in a lifetime though? I honestly am not, make up is not cheap. But $330k?!?!? Yikes!!
