Chance the Rapper is doing something incredible!
Last week he met with the governor in his home state Illinois to discuss the current state of the Chicago public school system. Afterwards he tweeted this:
Well NOW it looks like the Grammy winner is literally putting his money where his mouth is. In a press conference earlier today Chance announced he will be donating $1 million to Chicago's public school system for arts and enrichment programs.
The 23 year-old rapper's donation is funded by ticket sales from his upcoming tour.
I think this is incredible and Chance believes that "it's what's right."
