Fruits And Veggies Can Help Whiten Your Teeth

If I told you that you could whiten your teeth just by eating these fruits and vegetables instead of going to great lengths and costs, would you believe me?

Believe away, people!

It's real.

Certain fruits and veggies literally help remove stains naturally and whiten tooth enamel. Just stick to fiber-rich fruits and veggies to get a brighter smile. Apples, strawberries, watermelon, carrots, broccoli and celery will all change your smile, so fill up, people!

But how does it work?

As you chew, these fruits and veggies rub the surface of your teeth, basically acting like a toothbrush, and remove stains.

Eating foods that increase saliva production also helps whiten (kind of gross, I know). For this type of whitening citrus fruits like lemons, lime, grapefruits and oranges can be handy.

Basically, fill your fridge with these foods and never buy whitening strips again.
