Southwest Airlines has already canceled HUNDREDS of flights in and out of Southern California today (Friday, February 17th). Which is all due to this huge storm that is expect to bring heavy rain and wind.
250 of their airline's flights to or from Burbank, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco and San Diego have been canceled. While American Airlines has also canceled 48 flights at LAX.
If you were planning on traveling today make sure to check your flights ahead of time and stay safe out there! This storm is expected to be the heaviest SoCal has seen in a long time, bringing several inches of rain in a short period of time.
