Chipotle is hiring nearly 20,000 workers for its busiest time of the year: Burrito Season!!
I didn't know there was a burrito season, did you? Well apparently the chain's busiest season is between March and May and they're wanting to hire to get ready for it.
Th open jobs include both full- and part-time restaurant positions and the company will be adding new benefits to "prioritize financial and mental health."
The new benefits include a student loan retirement match program, where the company will match up to 4% of eligible employee's salaries to their 401(k) if they make eligible student loan payments.
