Celebrate the holidays in the BEST way, because the iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball presented by Capital One is here, with a star-studded lineup of your favorite artists who will be taking over the stage at Kia Forum on December 1, 2023!

The iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball Tour will feature performances from artists including Olivia Rodrigo, Niall Horan, AJR, Sabrina Carpenter, Miguel, Doechii, Flo Rida, (G)I-DLE and P1Harmony! Our Village is completely FREE outside of Kia Forum before the show, featuring performances from Teddy Swims, P1Harmony, Gunnar, Paul Russell and charlieonnafriday, plus a special Q&A with (G)I-IDLE!

  • Show day: Friday, December 1st
    • 2:00pm PT - Free Pre-Show Village doors
    • 3:00pm PT - Free Pre-Show Village show begins
    • 6:30pm PT - Main stage doors
    • 7:30pm PT - KIIS Jingle Ball show begins

Here's everything you need to know before you go, along with venue policies from Kia Forum:

Guests are encouraged to wash their hands often, using soap and water for 20 seconds, or using hand sanitizer. Touchless hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the venue, along with touchless faucets, touchless soap dispensers, and touchless paper towel dispensers.

Clear Bag Policy:

  • To help ensure that Guests can enjoy an unforgettable and safe experience, we encourage Guests to travel light. We welcome Guests to bring:
  • Clear Bags that are equal to or smaller than 12 x 6 x 12
  • Clear plastic freezer bags that are 1-gallon size or smaller
  • Small clutches/wristlets that are 9 x 6 are permitted and do not need to be clear
  • Diaper and medical bags accompanied by the Guest using them

Cashless:

For the continued health and safety of all Guests and employees, we are cashless. All major credit, debit and mobile payments are accepted throughout the venue. “Cash to Card” conversion kiosks are located within the venue.

Camera Policy:

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with professional telephoto or zoom lenses are NOT permitted inside the Kia Forum. This policy will be strictly enforced. You may bring in non-professional or disposable cameras. However, for some events, photography may be completely prohibited. Please see the event specific page for further information on any modifications.

Parking:

Onsite parking is available at the Kia Forum. Carpooling, ride-sharing and public transportation are highly encouraged. Drop-offs are permitted at all entrances.

Prohibited Items:

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all Guests, items NOT permitted inside the Kia Forum include*:
  • Weapons, firearms, knives, brass knuckles, pepper spray
  • Laser pens
  •  Signs, banners larger than 11” x 17”
  •  Alcohol, illegal drugs
  • Video cameras, recording devices
  •  Face paint
  • Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses
  •  Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks
  • Laptops, Computers, tablets
  •  Outside food & beverages (including water)
  • Glass, cans, aluminum bottles, flasks, coolers
  •  Hoverboards, skateboards
  • Noise-making devices
  • Two-way radios
