Smart move by AMC Theaters. They just decided to do away with their plan to start charging more money for the best seats in their theaters. According to Fox Business, they had been testing this at a few locations around the country over the last couple of months to "ensure its ticket prices stay competitive."
I guess it didn't test well because they are throwing the plan away and will be testing a new plan in the near future. Apparently they want to try to pursue "enhanced spacious front row seating with extensive seat recline" for better movie-watching from that section, according to Fox Business.
