The first ever physical store for Meta has officially opened up in the bay area. Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and more now has a storefront in Burlingame, California. Guests can go and experience a bunch of products like virtual reality headsets and goggles, Ray-Ban Stories and more.
“The truth of it is that physical things never went away and they’re never going to go away,” said Omar Akhtar, research director at Altimeter, a technology investment firm, according to KTLA. “Everybody realizes that even if we are going to step into the virtual world, we’re going to need to access it with hardware.”
I think it will be super cool to experience for ourselves all the cool gadgets these tech companies have been hyping up for the past few years.
