I talk a lot about this on my podcast, Scrubbing In, but every year I put a word for the year in the middle of my vision board and this year I'm deciding between two: perseverance and unclenched.
The idea is to pick a word that's what you center all your decisions around. In the past I've chosen words like level up and enhance.
