- Our 2021 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour returns live this holiday season, and iHeartRadio is keeping the health and safety of all guests, attendees, and performers top of mind. iHeartRadio will abide by all established state and local health guidelines for each show. If you’re attending in person to experience all the amazing performances, here’s what you will need to know

- All attendees must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event (Antigen or PCR test) or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. Full COVID-19 vaccination means the day of the event is at least 14-days after your final vaccine dose. Proof of vaccination or negative test results must come directly from a healthcare provider that performs vaccinations or tests. Proof can be displayed on your smartphone, by presenting a physical copy or using a mobile app.
- Per the event organizer's request, all guests must wear masks inside the venue except while actively eating or drinking. Government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are subject to change.
SUGGESTED COPY POINTS REGARDING CLEAR APP EXPEDITED FAN ENTRY
As part of the entry requirements for KIIS FM's Jingle Ball at The Forum, all ticket holders must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test (within 48 hours) to enter. iHeartRadio has partnered with CLEAR to utilize the Health Pass feature, to provide easy proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for faster entry.
CLEAR entry lanes at the LA Forum will be in the SW triangle, between Lot H and Lot J.
Enroll and complete your Health Pass before arriving at Jingle Ball. Here’s how:
1)Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile
2) Tap ‘Events’ and the ‘iHeartRadio Jingle Ball’ tile and select where you will be attending
3) Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie
4) Follow the prompts to verify your provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test,
■Link proof of vaccination - CDC card upload (recommended)
●When prompted to add your vaccination, tap ‘add your vaccination card’ to upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card
●Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information
○Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a green or red Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.
●Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
■Link proof of vaccination - Digitally link
●Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.
●If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time. Please go back and upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card!
●Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.
●If found, your results will link automatically and it may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass - do not try to resync your results
●Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
■Link proof of vaccination - SMART QR Code
●Tap ‘SMART QR Code’ and follow the prompts to upload your QR code
●Once confirmed,complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
■Link negative COVID-19 test result
●Select your testing provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR.
●The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please be prepared to bring a physical copy of your test results and your ID
●Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
5) Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile and open your Health Pass. Be ready to show security for faster entry.
