The Skid Row ReFresh Spot was funded by Mayor Eric Garcetti and it is operated by the HHCLA Homeless Healthcare Los Angeles. It is located at 544 Towne Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90013. They first opened on September 18,2020 and now helps countless members of the Skid Row community. The ReFresh Spot is a place that members of the Skid Row community can go shower, use the restroom, do laundry, charge their phone, and even get referrals. There are a total of 6 showers, 7 bathrooms, 24 washers, and 24 dryers. Services such as towels, free hygiene products, laundry supplies, free clothing and books are also included.
