Several cities across California have just now passed mandates that require some large grocery, food retail, and pharmacy employers to provide their workers hazard pay. One company that hopped on board is Trader Joe's! At the beginning of the pandemic Trader Joe's increased their workers pay by $2! Now they've just announce that they will increase all of their workers pay by another $2 totaling a $4 dollar increase! This is Trader Joe's effort to Thank all of their workers for working so hard and putting themselves at risk during this time! Do you think all employers should do this?
