For some reason cooking and baking has been helping my newfound anxiety during quarantine. As you know, I made almond milk and then almond pulp crackers which were actually a huge hit! So, I figured, what could I tackle in the kitchen next with the ingredients in my pantry?
Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls!
I came across the recipe on nutritionist Raquel Papu Cohen's Instagram and it's so delicious and so EASY! Check it out below and try it at home. Next time I'm going to add blueberries and maybe protein powder to make them a special breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
2 bananas mashed
2 cup quick oats
Chocolate chips
Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mash bananas
Add rest of ingredients and combine well
Spoon out the dough and form into balls; recipe makes 24 cookies
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
