The publication Remezcla has reported that an exhibition for the legend, Walter Mercado is on the way!
You now have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the legendary astrologer's personal items. Coming in August, the Walter Mercado exhibition in Miami will put his work and items on display.
The display will be titled Mucho, Mucho Amor: 50 Years of Walter Mercado, according to Remezcla. It will follow his life in Puerto Rico, his career as a spiritual advisor, and much more. The museum will have twelve of his fabulous capes and the dazzling jewelry!
The astrologer played a huge role in many LatinX people's upbringing. He was the vibes and the astrology before it became main stream! Remezcla provided more insight, telling fans what Walter Mercado's estate said in a press release. It reads as follows:
“We are excited to share the story of Walter Mercado here at HistoryMiami. So many of us grew up with the Puerto Rican icon in our living rooms as we listened to his predictions on television, and now his legacy will be shared on the walls of our museum for everyone to experience,"
The man himself will return to Miami on August 3 for a special event at the museum. So YES, you might have a chance to see him in person.
