Billboard is reporting that the Los Angeles legend - Danny Trejo - has pivoted into the world of music.
The veteran actor and entrepreneur, whom many know for his role as Machete in both the Spy Kids films, has announced his latest venture in music comes with the debut of of Trejo’s Music. That's right...he has his own record label now.
Trejo's Music comes as joint venture with producer Edward "E-Dubs" Rios and R&B singer, Baby Bash.This is epic!
Just when you thought it couldn't get any cooler, to celebrate the launch of Trejo’s Music, the label will drop its debut album, Danny Trejo Presents Chicano Soul Shop Volume1on Father’s Day, June 16, 2019.

Here's what Mr. Trejo told Billboard about his new venture: “I am truly honored to launch Trejo’s Music. Music is a huge passion of mine, and I wanted to showcase these amazing Latino artists.”

Artists on Danny Trejo Presents Chicano Soul Shop Volume 1 include Baby Bash, Frankie J, Joey Quinones, Chiquis Rivera, Malik Malo, Cota, Trish Toledo, Tara New, Deztini Fatinas, Marty Obey and Puro Bandido. The album will be available for streaming and download on Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify, Google Play, Amazon Music, and TIDAL.
