Lack of sleep can impact your work performance the following day, we all know that, right? Well it turns out that as little as 16 minutes of sleep that you miss can affect your entire day.

A study from "Sleep Health" says missing out on just 16 minutes of sleep can effect your job performance the next day. Yes, ONLY sixteen minutes!!

This study shows that missing out on sleep can include a lack of judgment and have a significant spike in stress levels. The study evens add that more than one-third of adults are getting less than the recommended seven to eight hours nightly.

Sleep deprivation is a big problem in the United States - with more than one-third of adults getting less than the recommended seven to eight hours nightly. So make sure you get to bed early, and don't forget to include those 16 minutes!
